Your Quick & Easy Real Breakfast Meal

What you will need:
1. Organic Meadow Unsalted Butter
2. Ontario grown sweet cherry tomatoes, preferably mixed/medley
3. GoldEgg organic brown eggs
4. Organic medium soft tofu

Wash and cut tomatoes in half. Melt a slice of butter on a frying pen. Through tomato halves on the pen, start frying. In 2-3 minutes add cubed tofu. When golden in colour, break eggs on top of tomatoes and tofu. Use course sea salt and black pepper at your taste. Let it fry till eggs are not liquid any more.
